Hilton's 2024 APAC GM and Commercial Conference
Event Strategy & Communications Hospitality · 2024

Hilton APAC GM & Commercial Conference.

Strategy and communications for Hilton's largest regional leadership forum, run under the rallying cry "Our Team. Our Time" and delivered from the first brief to the final survey.

My scope: the strategic narrative and all content — the conference theme, the email programme, the app selection, and the companion app's structure, interface and content. The wider Motion team led event programming and operations; team members I directed built the app's structure to my design.

01 · The brief

Aligning a region,
in one room.

The objective was to unite regional leadership across diverse Asian markets behind a single 2025 vision. Under the theme "Our Team. Our Time", the conference had to inform, align and energise, then prove it had landed.

I led strategy and communications across the full delegate journey: eight communications touchpoints spanning the app, email, surveys and the on-site experience, all carrying one identity.

02 · The experience

One identity, every touchpoint.

From large-scale plenary graphics to the companion app in every delegate's hand, "Our Team. Our Time" was applied consistently to reinforce Hilton's seniority and its vision.

Digital

A companion app as the nerve centre

Live polling, personalised agendas and peer networking in one place, embraced by virtually every delegate.

Omni-channel

Consistent from stage to screen

One identity across plenary graphics, print, the expo and every digital touchpoint in the delegate journey.
